Pathetic delivery

I ordered an adapter last Monday and thought the delivery time would be 3 to 4 days, but I was wrong. It took around a week for the delivery. Unfortunately, I was not at home when it arrived and came home 10 minutes later to find that the delivery person had already left. I have never experienced this type of attitude in my entire life regarding online deliveries. I would really appreciate it if you could do something for me, as I am a regular customer.
