Delivery Locations

We offer delivery services all over Pakistan.

Delivery Timings

  • We make deliveries from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 5 business days all across Pakistan. Delivery may vary during sale days. Xiaomi Sale will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as: 

  • The recipient being unavailable or uncontactable on the delivery day.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Severe weather conditions or other external factors.

In case of delays from our side, we will notify customers with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all our orders across Pakistan.

Receiving Your Package

The receiver is not required to provide any identification but must sign the delivery document upon receiving the package. All packages delivered by us are sealed at the warehouse before shipment. Upon receiving the package, check for any visible damage or tampering. 

  • If you notice any damage or signs of opening during transit, do not accept the package.

  • Return it to the courier, and we will replace the item within a few days.

Proof of Delivery & Refund Claims

We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package. If you receive damaged or incomplete items, the video will serve as proof for a refund claim. Refund claims without video proof at the time of unboxing will not be accepted. If you discover a missing or tampered item inside the package, contact Xiaomi Sale Customer Service at 03-111-169-111 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Address Modification

  • Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed after that.

  • To update the address, you must cancel the order first and reorder with the correct details.

  • If payment has already been made, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

Incorrect Deliveries

  • If your package is delivered to the wrong person, contact our delivery partners or Xiaomi Sale Customer Service immediately for assistance.

Pre-Booking Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders for any kind of product cannot be canceled.

  • If you choose to cancel, your submitted payment will not be refunded or adjusted.

We partner with TCS and FastEx for quick and reliable deliveries all across Pakistan.

Refund on Order Cancellations

If you cancel a paid order before it has been dispatched, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team at 03-111-169-111.
