Q: To which destinations do you provide delivery services?

We offer delivery services across the entire Pakistan.

Q: What are your delivery hours?

  1. Deliveries are scheduled between 09:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Q: What's the estimated delivery time for my order?

  1. We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 business days (delivery times may vary during sales events).
  2. Please be aware that Xiaomi Sale Paksitan cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or any losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of the recipient, incorrect address details, adverse weather conditions, and more. In such situations, we will do our best to inform customers about the delay and provide an estimated delivery date.

Q: Why does my delivery get delayed when using the following payment methods: (Bank Alfalah, COD, Keenu)?

  1. These payment gateways hold deliveries for 24 hours to ensure secure and error-free transactions. Once we receive approval from them, we promptly dispatch your products.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

  1. Due to rising fuel costs, a delivery charge of Rs. 190 will be applied to all orders.

Q: Is it mandatory for me to provide identification during delivery?

  1. No, it is not mandatory. However, the authorized or intended recipient will need to sign the delivery document upon receiving the package.

Q: What should I do upon receiving my delivery?

  1. All Mi packages are thoroughly sealed at our warehouse before shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect the external condition of the package to check for signs of damage or tampering during transit. If you have concerns about the shipment's condition, we kindly request that you do not sign for it. Instead, return the package to the courier, and we will replace the items within a few days.
  2. We recommend customers record a video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from the delivery packaging. This video can serve as proof in case of damaged or incomplete items. Customers can request a refund if they receive damaged goods but must provide video evidence. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will not be granted without proper video evidence.
  3. If you discover that the product in the box has been tampered with or is missing when you open the package, please contact Mi Pakistan Customer Service at 03-111-169-111 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

  1. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be modified. You will need to cancel the order and reorder the product with the correct address. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund terms and conditions.

Q: What should I do if the package is delivered to the wrong person?

  1. Please get in touch with our delivery partners or Xiaomi Sale Pakistan customer service for assistance in resolving such issues.

Who is your delivery partner?

  1. We collaborate with Daewoo, TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, Trax, and Sywft for deliveries in Pakistan.
