Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40C

I purchased the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40C around three months ago. Unfortunately, just one day after the 3-month mark, it started showing a side brush error and stopped working properly.

I contacted Xiaomi customer support, but the experience was extremely disappointing. They only provided me with one person's phone number. When I contacted him the next day, he refused to process my claim and didn't even tell me where I could get the vacuum repaired. I was left without any solution.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been a loyal Xiaomi customer for years. I own three Xiaomi smartphones, one Xiaomi tablet, one Xiaomi TV, and even Xiaomi smart electrical accessories. Despite investing heavily in the Xiaomi ecosystem, the after-sales support has been a complete failure.

The biggest issue is that there are no proper service centers for Xiaomi home appliances in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. They only seem to support smartphones, while customers who purchase other Xiaomi products are left on their own.

The product may be good when it works, but if something goes wrong, don't expect Xiaomi Pakistan to help. Their customer service is unreliable, and their after-sales support is unacceptable.

My rating: 0/5. I cannot recommend Xiaomi home appliances until they significantly improve their customer support and establish proper repair centers.

I being your regular customer have purchased third robot vaccum from xiaomi but I am not able to maintain older models. E.g mop2 lite battery malfunctioned and I am not able to find it. If any of your after sales representative can solve my issue I will be grateful.

S40C is a good quality product. Performs the intended function well. Recommended for use
