At last Received the parcel on 6th day although it was the same city(Thanks to tcs, the WORST courier company in pakustan) product was genuine but sales invoice is missing. Customer service isn't up to the mark. As far as the company is concerned, overall experience is good but you guys need to hire any other courier service as it would damage you.
