Why buy from Us

Door-to-door standard delivery

I recently received a device that was delivered after a three-day wait. Upon setting it up, I noticed some issues with detecting 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. While certain devices in my home, such as my computer, smart TV, and TV box, are able to detect and connect to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, my phone does not show it. Interestingly, my phone is able to detect the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network from another location, such as the security guards' Wi-Fi.
I would appreciate any insights or solutions to address this compatibility issue, as it seems to be specific to my phone's ability to detect certain 2.4 GHz networks.
