Claiming Extended Warranties
Wondering how you can claim warranty extensions? Well, it's pretty simple. At the time of purchase from Xiaomi Sale, you have to select the extended warranty option and pay 5% additional to the invoice price of the product. That additional fraction of the cost will provide you with warranty coverage for an extended period of time.
Duration of Warranty Extensions
At Xiaomi Sale, we offer coverage for company warranties and have now extended these to an exclusive timeline. By paying an additional 5% of the invoice price for the product at the time of purchase, you can double the original warranty.

For smartphones, customers will enjoy an extended warranty of up to 2 years. There will be a brand warranty for the first year, which will be extended in the second year. However, for the third year, customers will only enjoy a software and repair warranty.
Warranty Coverage
Xiaomi Sale covers everything that you can enjoy in a company warranty. We are extending the same coverage under the special offer. However, any deliberate damage to the devices or products is not covered under the warranties.
LCD or screen panel damages or repairs are not covered in warranties for the smartphones.

Can I ask for a refund if I didn’t claim the warranty?
Extended warranties offered by Xiaomi Sale are non-refundable. Whether you claim them or not, once the time has expired, you cannot claim a refund.
Can I transfer my warranty to any other product?
Extended warranties are non-transferable. For each product, you have to subscribe individually for the extended warranty.
Do I need to pay an additional amount for the fixes made under warranty?
No, you do not have to pay anything extra for everything covered under the company warranty. However, there will be charges applied for smartphone panel fixes.
Is it a one-time charge for the warranty or a recurring one?
Yes, you will only pay once for the extended warranty and enjoy the protection for the promised duration. There are no recurring charges you may have to bear later on.
Can I apply for any further warranty extension?
No, we are not accommodating any additional extensions for these warranties due to certain industry protocols.
