Extended Warranty Policy

Diputech offers an add on to the standard warranty coverage on all the Xiaomi smartphones. For the first time in Pakistan, you can have an extended 3-year warranty coverage on a smartphone you will buy online from XiaomiSale or our experience stores at Packages Mall-Lahore, Emporium Mall-Lahore, and D-Ground-Faisalabad. 

In the price of your 1-year company warranty coming as default with every device, we are adding on 2 more years of worry-free use of devices powered by Diputech. 

How Smartphone Extended Warranty Works? 

Diputech has automatically upgraded the warranty coverage on all the smartphones under their invoices applicable from September, 2025. You do not have to pay any additional charges to get this extended warranty. Following the terms, you will get:

  • 1st year warranty by Xiaomi under company’s terms and conditions.  

  • 2nd year warranty by Diputech will offer you comprehensive repair services, including 

    • Software support

    • Service adjustments

    • Mechanical repairs after device disassembly

    • Assistance with unlocking patterns, PIN codes, Google accounts, and Mi accounts

There are no repair service charges included but the cost of parts will be charged at subsidized rates. 

  • 3rd year warranty will only include the software repair services. 

In the 3rd year of coverage, we do offer mechanical repairs and fixes but customers have to bear the cost of repair services and parts as well. However, we serve the subsidized rates for the customer’s convenience and ease. 

Warranty Claims 

For the devices to fall under the 1st year of coverage, the customers have to visit Xiaomi Authorized Service Centres. 

In the 2nd and 3rd year of extended warranty, customers can make claims by bringing their devices at Diputech Service Center and Xiaomi physical stores at the following addresses: 

  • Lahore: Diputech Service Center: Office No: 3B, 3rd Floor, Plaza 100, MM Alam Rd, Gulberg III, Lahore

  • Xiaomi Packages Mall store: Level 00, G32, Packages Mall, Lahore

  • Xiaomi Emporium Mall store: Shop no.18 Ground Floor, Emporium Mall, Lahore

  • Faisalabad: Xiaomi Experience store D Ground: 446D, Peoples Colony, Harianwala Chowk, Faisalabad

Customers can also dispatch their devices to Diputech Service Center, Lahore at the above mentioned address. 

  • When making the claim, it’s essential for the customers to provide the original box with the IMEI number mentioned on it. 

  • For the google / mi account removal from the smartphone, the customer needs to provide a copy of CNIC + original box. 

  • In case of dispatching the phone to our service center or stores, customers will have to bear the shipment charges. 


What’s Not Included in the Coverage? 

Before you make a claim, it’s essential for you to know that following are not covered in the 3-year extended warranty: 

  • LCD Replacement

  • Accidental Damage

  • Acts of God (Fire, Theft, Lightning, etc.)

In case of such damages, the customer has to make payment for services and repairs according to the provided estimation. 

What Can Void the Warranty? 

To ensure you will have the warranty intact, keep in mind a few conditions can make it void that includes: 

  • Tempering of smartphone 

  • Repairs by unauthorized sources 

  • Altered, defaced, or removed IMEI or MAC 

  • Broken warranty seal

  • Third-Party Installations on the device

FAQs 

Do I need to pay an additional amount for the extended warranty? 

No, there is no additional cost of warranty we are charging at the time of purchase. Neither customer has to pay for any warranty upgrade. 

Does extended warranty apply to all the products? 

No, the extended warranty is currently offered on Xiaomi smartphones sold on XiaomiSale and experience stores managed by Diputech. 

Does extended warranty apply on my existing Xiaomi smartphone I bought a year back from XiaomiSale or Stores? 

Unfortunately, the extended warranty program is effective from Sep,2025. Any smartphone purchased before this date from a website or experience store, is NOT covered under the program. However, you can benefit from our subsidized services anytime.
