I recently ordered This from Xiaomi’s official sales, expecting a high-quality Type-C model. However, the product I received was completely defective and not even a proper Type-C earphone. This is highly disappointing as I trusted Xiaomi for its quality and reliability.
I also reached out to Xiaomi's Whatsapp customers support and didn't got any Suitable response from them.
I request Xiaomi to improve its quality control and ensure that customers receive the correct products in working condition. I hope for a resolution regarding this issue.
The audio quality is good, but the microphone is very choppy and not working properly. I don't know if something is wrong with mine or if it's a low quality microphone.
